To get the flapper girl look, wear a fringe dress, a pearl necklace, a sequined purse, a feather headband, and some high heeled pumps. For the modern hippie look, get an oversized fringe handbag, a maxi dress or a tie-dyed shirt with ripped/bleached jeans, flip flops, and some bangles.
